
Just as our approach to recruiting is unique, we have a unique compensation program. And, like our recruiting approach, it is built upon long-term satisfaction.
Unlike the contingency and retainer structures used by most executive search firms, we use a hybrid approach that involves a flat fee incorporating a performance fee. We maintain an exclusive relationship with our clients and agree upon a flat fee based on the anticipated time and expenses for the search, most of which is payable only upon the successful completion of the search process. We do not collect the performance portion of the fee until some time after the new hire has been placed, giving us an incentive to ensure long-term satisfaction.
This unique compensation structure allows us to devote a considerable amount of attention to the placement and align our compensation with the risks incurred by our clients. In addition, it allows us to approach a new hire's compensation needs from a more objective position. If a placement does not work out within a pre-designated time frame, we will find an adequate replacement for no additional fee (except normal expenses).
